Kogi Coffee Espresso Martinis!
Lorenzo Perafan
This 4-ingredient recipe for yummy Kogi Coffee espresso martinis has been properly road tested and it turns out it's a great party starter. We used a concentrated Aeropress brew rather than espresso so it's easy to replicate at home.
You'll need
- 20 g Kogi Coffee ground for Aeropress
- 1 shot glass Russian Standard vodka
- 1/2 shot glass Kahlua coffee liqueur
- Ice
Put the ground coffee in the Aeropress and feel with 90 degree water up to the second mark. Let it sit for 1 minute then press it down for about 20 seconds.
Add Ice, vodka, Kahlua and coffee to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about a minute.
Pour onto martini glasses. If you've done it right you should see a nice layer of crema. Add coffee beans for garnish and enjoy!
